Wouldn’t it be great to generate leads, on demand?
I realize that is a silly question but this can be a huge frustration for those who are looking to grow their business online.
Trying to figure out which platform is best for social media lead generation can cause your head to explode.
What I’m about to tell you is going to give you relief going into 2016.
There isn’t one that’s better. It’s the platform that you like.
Once you start getting results, you can “Add” another to it.
Here are a couple of issues I have seen marketers run into:
- Not allowing enough time for the “Learning Curve”.
In other words, it’s a good idea to put some time into learning the process prior to jumping into a strategy. I have fallen into this category, where I would attend a webinar, get the gist of it and put an effort towards the strategy. It wastes time and money.
- Not allowing enough time for the strategy to take hold. Even if others are getting results in a week or so, it’s a good idea to give yourself 30-45 of “consistent effort days”.
- Trying to tackle too many platforms at one time.
Being that I am partial to the immense training inside My Lead System Pro, I am always going to point you in the direction of a course or two within our system.
They have been created by those who have already produced results with that strategy.
Believe that they work and hit the process, like your life depends on it and the results will be appear.
On to a strategy that I picked up from Mark Harbert and Tanya Aliza. Facebook Ads.
What most will do is find a really good offer, put some Copy in the description and drive paid traffic to the offer. Believe me, that works.
What you might run into is, most people are doing this.
Want to stand out? Create content around your offer first. In the Ad pic below, I create a piece of content “5 Reasons You Should Be Using Periscope” At the end, I promoted MLSP’s Periscope training. Then, I posted the article on my Facebook Business Page. Pretty simple, most of you are already doing that.
Typically, when posting articles people will write “Check out these 5 reasons….” Or “This Periscope training is going to blow your mind” I’m going to be honest here and it’s not going to get anyone’s attention. When writing copy for your product that you are promoting, think about what pain someone would have to have in order to need your product, service or opportunity.

In the post above, I’ve actually heard and seen people say “I’d like to use Periscope but I don’t know where to start”.
That’s where first line came from. And then I just told them what to expect by joining me inside the post.
I then promoted this in the Network Marketing space. I kept the entire post congruent with itself. The results, LOL. I spent a total of $7 on this ad. It yielded 10 Leads, 1 share and 6 Likes to my business page. You’ll also notice that I only reached 385 people.
I’m not saying that I’m a master but I am a man of simplicity. Write some content around one of the capture pages and play around with a $5-$7 budget. You’re going to get results.
When you get a cool piece of content that yields some decent results, boost the budget on it because you got a winner.
