The next step is VITAL: you need to get crystal clear on who your audience is.
Before you can grow any business, you need to first get crystal clear on who you are even speaking to.
Who do you serve? Who do you want to be, and for what target audience?

WHATEVER TARGET MARKET IS, THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE IN THAT TARGET MARKET ON FACEBOOK RIGHT NOW COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS YOUR PRODUCT SOLVES... and they are looking for YOUR solution AS YOU READ THIS SENTENCE... and that is EXCITING... there truly is opportunity EVERYWHERE!
In the previous step we talked about the importance of Defining Your Audience and Your Ideal Customer. Once we’ve done that we can move on to step 3 - understanding your ideal client’s biggest challenges.
As entrepreneurs we do one very important thing to build business and make money.
We solve people’s problems.

People buy our products and/or services to solve a problem, overcome a challenge or get the result they want faster, easier and cheaper.
- You need to drill hole. So you buy a drill.
- You need to lose weight. So you go on a diet and buy supplements.
- You have physical pain. So maybe you buy some ibuprofen.
Most likely the products and services you want to sell solve some problem or challenge for your customers.
So take the time right now and think about your ideal client.
What specific problems, challenges and pain do they have that they need to solve that your product or service can help them with?
Most likely there may be quite a few. Some bigger than others. Some more dire than others.
Start by brainstorming ALL of their possible problems, challenges and pain.
Depending on how well you know and understand your ideal client, you may be able to easily brainstorm dozens of problems right now.
Your next step would be to do some research.
I can not stress enough how important doing some research on this can be for your business!
- Start by researching who are the leading authorities in your specific market or niche
- Who are the top authors, the top publications, top blogs, websites, brands and influencers.
- Review their websites, books, articles and blogs.
- What problems, challenges and pain do they focus on?
- What questions do their audience ask?
- Which posts of theirs are liked, commented on and shared the most?
These are all clues as to what the market needs and wants. And these are the topics you should be focused on as well.
You can still research deeper. Check out Facebook groups, forums and communities around these topics.
Research websites such as Quora.com and AnswerthePublic.com, or event Reddit.com.
I suggest you check out our article on the 7 free tools for never ending content ideas where we give you even more powerful research websites and tools.
You should now have at least 10 or 20, perhaps even 50 to 100 problems, challenges, pains and questions listed out if you’ve really researched and brainstormed.
You now have a powerful list of ideas for content you can create to engage with your audience and move them towards doing business with you.
Review your list and now identify the 2-5 high stakes problems that your audience has. These are the most pressing problems. These are the problems that keep your ideal client up at night.
These will be the problems you want to focus on solving in your marketing campaigns and with your offers.
These are the high stakes problems your future customers have that they will pay you to help them solve.
Remember, as entrepreneurs we are in business to solve problems.
You now have the focus and the clarity to do just that.

These are just a few of the questions you should be asking, but once you get these down, you are well on your way!
This now leads us to Step 4 in the process (you're doing great... keep going!)...
STEP 4 - Create Content that Addresses Your Audience's Challenges - VALUE & SERVE
The best way to Brand YOU and become the Leader in your industry is to consistently create VALUABLE content for your audience...
So what the heck does that actually mean to you and your business in practical terms?
VALUABLE CONTENT: Any piece of content that addresses YOUR target audience's top challenges, problems, and pains... content that provides solutions and answers that your audience would see VALUE in.
If you are going to succeed online, you are going to have to create a steady flow of valuable content for your target market...
Let me repeat this: Your job is to create consistent daily content for your audience that address their top challenges, problems, pains, dreams, desires, and questions...
This content can be in the form of videos, facebook posts, blog posts, instagram pics & stories... this content can be FREE PDF downloads, how-to infographics, cheat-sheets, audios, interviews... ANYTHING.
This content ideally EDUCATES and ENTERTAINS your audience simultaneously, and provides them solutions to problems they have. It identifies an 'itch' your audience has, and then it 'scratches' that itch!
ENTREPRENEURS ARE PROFESSIONAL PROBLEM SOLVERS... YOU are a Professional Problem Solver.
To Get Rich as an Entrepreneur, You Must Get Good at Solving Your Audience's Biggest Problems.
Bottom line: your content must give your audience what THEY want.
99% of marketers just spam their links everywhere, provide no value to their prospect, and then wonder why nobody is buying.

It's also time to decide what platform(s) you want to build your audience on... Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Blogging & WordPress, your e-mail list, etc.

Currently, everything has gotten digital and the players do not let others come up no matter how much good a content is. In this infographic mostly branding through inbound marketing aspect is covered but the truth is it takes an enormous amount of time to follow all these ethical practices and trickle up real fast. Most of the people who enjoy success do so because of their other tactics employed. The only way I believe a good content can spread like fire is social media otherwise who has time to build an enormous amount of links while Google wants to show the best content in real time, does not make sense, does it?

Infographics are definitely an awesome way to get engagement as well as get information across in an effective and entertaining way. Canva has some basic infographic templates you may be able to work with that should certainly help get you started.

It really depends on what your goal with the infographic is. We create our from scratch, for instance this Attraction Marketing Formula infographic is simply a condensed version of our 7 step attraction marketing method – so we created a custom one that our audience would be able to reference. You will almost always get better results creating something specific to you/for you and your audience but obviously, doing so would cost more time/money than getting a template and filling in the information. Each case is different.

Hey Andy – when you say you have nothing right now, are you saying you don’t have anything of value you can give to your target market in exchange for contact information? One thing about attraction marketing is that is does require that you research and understand your target market’s wants and needs, and that you be able to provide value to that target market. Where are you at in the process?
What are your thoughts on doing branding with a risk of losing clients? Like how long or how much time and efforts should be done on branding to avoid the feel of losing clients or leads from targeted search queries.
This is a great question that many marketers have regarding Attraction Marketing, and here’s the answer:
Let Your Content (and the marketing of your content) Take Care of Your Branding.
Don’t get hung up on losing clients from search queries or SEO. We recommend getting out there and creating as much laser-targeted QUALITY content for your audience… Real VALUE based content in the form of FB lives, social media updates, articles, videos, youtube vids, podcasts, and building your list of interested prospects and buyers (e-mail list and manychat list in particular).
Your content (and the marketing of your content) will start to create a BRAND for you as you build your audience, get people to talk to, reach out to your target market on FB, build connections, get your valuable content in front of interested prospects with targeted ads, solve THEIR biggest challenges & problems, etc. etc.
Do NOT get hung up in a perfect tagline or mission statement because you think you require that for a ‘Brand’ in order to start making sales. Get out there, connect with your tribe, and solve their problems by selling them your solutions.
The exact ‘Brand’ & tagline will take care of itself as you DO the thing… but that’s the key… go DO the thing so you avoid losing clients because you’re focusing on building the perfect website, or ‘brand.’ The brand will come in time as you connect with more and more of your target audience, and get more clear with each interaction on what exactly the brand really is once you’re in the trenches…

Can attraction marketing work in boring niches such as healthcare, Insurance, and finance. I am not pretty sure If It will work but I think I should give it a try whatever happens.
Attraction Marketing works in any niche. If you look around online you’ll notice the biggest brands in any niche are practicing some form of attraction marketing. You provide valuable content that answers your target market’s biggest questions, concerns, fears, etc. thereby ATTRACTING them to you, your brand or your company. Let us know if you have questions!

This specific one was custom made, however for simple infographics you can use a free service like Canva as they have infographic templates you can start with. Or you can always try outsourcing like upwork.com or fiverr.com as well!
