How To Close and Recruit Your Online Leads

Time and time and time again people have been asking me, “how do you use MLSP to recruit for your business or network marketing company?”
Usually this question comes from people who are not getting any leads or marketing online yet.
The great news is that as you generate more leads and call your leads the process of recruiting online gets easier and easier.
There are 2 kinds of leads that I primarily get with MLSP:

1. Those looking for a new business opportunity
2. Those who are looking to generate more leads and are married to their existing business/company

In today’s post I’m going to share 1 sample script with you that has worked great for me and the reps on my team for years.
Would you like to learn how to recruit your MLSP leads? Lets dive in…

Now before you make your call I want you to ask yourself, “what is my intent?”
Is your intent to sell someone or serve someone?
People can usually see right through the selfish intents. (I have felt icky the most when buying a car or furniture…I also use to sell furniture; so thankful I market online with MLSP)
Instead ask yourself this, “During this call, how best can I serve and help this person?” Once you are coming from that place its time to make your calls.

MLSP Online Lead Recruiting Script

This is a sample script like many others from my Social Media Recruiting Script Book.

“Hey John Doe, it's Ron Gelok!”
Do not be surprised if they recognize you, MLSP is a powerful branding tool.

“I saw you came to my website about getting more leads for you business. Is now a good time I can talk about helping you with that?”

“Tell me, how are you currently marketing yourself and your business?”
Gets them to start talking here, and you just LISTEN and come from a place of caring and wanting to help your prospect!
You will get a TON of great info about your prospect from this question.

“What’s your biggest struggle so far”
You want to uncover their pain, and when they do YOU will have the solution via MLSP and / or your business opportunity.
Be listening for whether its support, frustration with company, or if they are in love with the company and just need some help bringing people through the doors.

Here is where everything is made. Here is a time proven simple sales method:

Feel – You are understanding validating the prospects feelings, concerns, problem

Felt – You are relating, empathizing, and building rapport

Found – Your delivering hope for the future

MLSP ROUTE – Mr. John Doe, I understand how you feel, I felt that same way to (share very short story), what I found is by using MLSP, and I'm just a beginner but I have the ability to generate of 10 leads per day to grow my business.

BUSINESS ROUTE – Mr. John Doe, I understand how you feel, I felt that same way to (share very short story), what I found is with the company Im building now I don’t have ___(insert their struggles and pains they shared with you earlier)___ because of ___(reasons you don't have those same struggles and pains, referring to system and leadership is key for me)__. Would you be open to looking at a new company that doesn’t have those same obstacles your experiencing now?

“How soon can you be in front of a computer?”

It’s important not to overwhelm your prospects by talking about too many things about MLSP or your company. For example, no one cares that your may have the best product in the word cause it was made by the amazing Dr. Hannibel who spent 32.5 years in a cave perfecting his formula testing it on billy goats before bringing it to the United States to show it cures cancer…ok so I’m exaggerating a little but you get the point. If someone has never thought about online marketing they are not going to know what a capture page is, funnelizer, or CRM so it's important to not be the explainer over the phone. In both scenarios, you want to leverage your time and let your video presentations do the heavy lifting for you. My calls last around 5 minutes.

Use MLSP to build any business you like. Using the existing 40+ campaigns and websites are perfect to build any kind of home business or network marketing company. Using the funnelizer, blog, and CRM is everything you could ever possibly need and then more to build a brand in any niche, industry, professional service, or traditional brick and mortar business.
